Le Relais des Remparts is a real nogentaise institution, with the couple Wagner having elected 25 years ago! And, for almost a quarter of a century, the kitchen has always been refined and renowned. In the season, you can only choose between feuilleté of wood mushrooms, the autumn salad, the tangas carpaccio and smoked salmon, the sea pot lightly safranée, the Saint-Jacques shells in white butter on spinach bed, the filet of white butter on fondue of leeks or the civet of hare. Accueils téléphonique et physique parfaits.
La terrasse mériterait un petit effort (tonte, ramassage des branches, tables de l'entrée dressées ou au moins agrémentées de bouquets et non toutes vides, vu que c'est ce que l'on voit en arrivant).
La serveuse est très sympathique mais chemise blanche tachée avant même de commencer, chaussettes dans des ballerines, ceinture mal mise, bref, pas la grande classe.
Prix acceptables. Acceptent l'American Express.
Bref, avis mitigé, c'était mieux il y a quelques années.
