The tour walks through the grain fields that pride the Beauce, a basket of wheat from France. For more than 17 kilometres, hikers cross Notamment Castle, étoile and ponds. Along the road, wrought iron crosses remind us that the Eure-et-Loir is a stage of pilgrimage. Between the cereal plots, the Cambrai and the Birch woods allow to walk in the shade of the trees.
