Vol en montgolfière
Offert pour mon anniversaire de 70 ans, ce vol en montgolfière nous a permis avec mon épouse de passer des moments inoubliables. Profitant d'un temps splendide, après avoir décollé d'un lieu proche de chaumont sur Loire, nous avons survolé la Loire, le château de Chaumont sur Loire et pour finir le superbe château de Chenonceau.

J'ai payé 260€ pour voler en montgolfière et tout ce que j'ai réussi à faire c'est ajouter à la facture 4 weekends dans la Loire pour rien entre 2012 et 2015 puisque les vols ont à chaque fois été annulés. Je les ai contacté en 2016 et 2017 car n'ai jamais pu profiter du billet pour voler mais ils ont refusé de prolonger les billets ou de les rembourser.
Je comprends bien qu'ils soient dépendants de la météo et qu'elle soit aléatoire, mais je ne comprends aux gens 260€ sans livrer la prestation!

Very disappointing and only for me given the opinions on various sites!
To on the telephone is mission impossible, cancellations are repetition, and when finally the flight takes place you can see the château de Chaumont by far and almost at night...
With not making with them!
