MOULIN À VENT DU PARADIS
The Paradis de Sancheville windmill offers a range of flour-making activities.
This is a very nice 17th century wooden windmill on a pivot, completely dismantled, restored and reassembled on another site nearby in 1995, with some of the original key parts: the bumblebee, the crank, the millstones, etc. Why Paradise? After the name of the place where it was originally built. The Sancheville mill is the setting for a number of interesting events: the making of flour and the sale of bread made with the mill's flour by the local baker, with children handling the dough, etc.
