When you look at the church of Notre Dame, from the Place des Halles, it feels like the strange impression of seeing the tower of a castle, or a watchtower. Built in the th century, the church had a defence role in the castle of Hugues II, lord of Châteauneuf and Senonches. With its octagonal tower at the back and its clocher tower tower supported by large foothills, the building has a special character. This stamp also comes from materials used for construction, all premises.
