The Sorel-Moussel castle is first of all impressive moat. When you arrive in front of the drawbridge, you can only stop to admire this building that it looks like built on a rocky piton. Then the two buildings reveal themselves, in red bricks. Between the two, an empty space, sometimes filled by a large white tent, links the two parts of the castle which, occupied by several royal families and the lords of the Thymerais, was destroyed at the time of the French Révolutionn.
