The table proposes local specialities that the chef with: beauce rata (pork chest, tomatoes, onions accompanied by potatoes) and exquisite bread lost to caramelized apples. The gourmet will choose between the fresh and smoked salmon tartar, the mushroom, and the chef's innovations.
