Laëtitia & Yoann will be delighted to welcome youeither on the waterside terrace, weather permitting, or in the restaurant's harmonious, warm and air-conditioned dining room. What drives them both? A passion for their profession. Knowing how to combine local produce, regional products and the essences of the South in the Berry region, that's what we offer you at Le P'tit Pont.
Who is Yoann?
After studying at the Lycée Professionnel Châteauneuf d'Argenton sur Creuse, where he obtained his CAP and catering diploma, Yoann pursued his career in the south of France at Argelès sur Mer. During his 11 years with the same restaurant, Yoann rose through the ranks to become second chef. Building on his experience in this establishment specializing in fish, seafood and Catalan specialties, he moved on to Corrèze. There, he became head chef and, while adding his own personal touch, learned other techniques alongside an experienced restaurateur concerned with the quality of her products. Today, his experience, passion and generosity can be felt in his kitchen and on your plates.
Who is Laetitia?
Daughter, niece and granddaughter of restaurateurs, Laëtitia has always lived and breathed her trade.Totally passionate about her profession, she learned the basics in a traditional restaurant as an apprentice. Graduating in 1995, she has a thirst for learning. She perfected her skills with seasons of service in France and Belgium, as a barmaid, crepe maker, and then accommodation manager in a vacation club for 8 years. After managing a hotel restaurant in the Aude region, she followed her husband to Corrèze, where she learned about the world of casinos.Today, she puts her experience and know-how at your service, and accompanies all young apprentices. As she likes to say, you can't do this job unless you're passionate about it, and you have to love people to serve and welcome them properly.
