The Châteauneuf Professional High School offers a kitchen section (from CAP to the BTS) and a service section. To train students in real conditions, the restaurant Les Cristallines is open to the public (out of school holidays in zone B). Gourmet cuisine is served in an elegant setting, at a very low price. The customer pays only products, not working time. It is a pleasure to be served by young people, sometimes stressed but always anxious to do well. Cutting and buckling are done in the eyes of customers. The restaurant sometimes offers a regional or thematic menu. For example, you'll savor sucked shrimp skewers, chicken jumps, walnut nuts, a forest topping or duck parmentier. Two imperatives: book and be on time to allow students to respect their schedule. A good address!
