In a large paved courtyard, overlooking a garden at the door of the covered market, there is an old classic well with its pulley, as well as a whistle above the door. Surround the wrought iron grid that opens onto the garden, a medallion in Scevolles' family. This place is responsible for history!

L'Hôtel de Scévolles fait incontestablement partie des beaux bâtiments d'Argenton-Sur-Creuse. J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la grille en fer forgée surmontée des armoiries ainsi que le médaillon aux armes de cette famille.
