RESTAURANT LA LUZERAISE
Special mention to the chef of this restaurant, since Pascal Tortiget received in 2014 the honorary diploma of the Gastronomic Brotherhood of the Golden Marmite. In the enclosure of an old Brenne tuilery (disappeared in 1978), the reception of this house is discreet at first, but it becomes warm as soon as we exchange a little. It is now the fourth generation that has held the restaurant since 1925. We recommend a large meeting of good friends of good products - home terrine, homemade foie gras, carp smoked to Berry lentils, supreme of pintae to Brenne honey, crayfish, game in season - in a relaxed atmosphere. The question is: As the restaurant is on an equestrian hiking course, the hotel offers a reception of the horses in paddock and two sheltered bars. And on the 29 th of each month, on the occasion of the Herolles Fair - the big market at Coulonges - find the special menu with calf head, wine, cheese and dessert. The decor is quite vintage, but the table is excellent.
