Located in the old Tobacco Factory, the hotel-restaurant enjoys a prestigious setting. The service is considerate and very professional. The slate menus allow for rates that are accessible at noon and evening. The map offers dishes based on simple products (pot-au-fire, whirlpool cricket) or more noble products (salmon nems with candied peppers, saddle lamb saddle, nappy lamb, sunset). Desserts are delicious: pear pear with spices, cracker way Paris-Brest and plates presented carefully. Dogs are admitted to the restaurant.
