Back to his roots, young Castelroussin chef Adam Blondeau has pulled out all the stops. Just a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville, the gray facade features just one thing: a leafy logo in effigy of his favorite ingredient, plants. The décor is uncluttered, with stone and wood, neutral materials that clash like the rope-like design of contemporary furniture. A well-mastered score awaits us in two possible movements (discovery or signature). With its single-product plates, taste and masterful cooking, it's easy to get excited!
