LA BOUINOTTE
La Bouinotte is a beautiful quarterly magazine that highlights the Berry. The magazine was created in 1982 by Léandre Boizeau, who handed over the reins in 2010 to his son Gilles. The name of the magazine comes from a Berrichon term, a small window. The articles, well-documented and illustrated with beautiful photos, have the theme of local history, heritage, and personalities of the territory. The Cher and Indre are treated equally. La Bouinotte is also a publishing house that publishes books on local heritage, local novels, history works, and a collection of local polars. Widely distributed in press houses and booksellers, Bouinotte productions also have a booth at the Christmas markets and cultural and local events.
