This castelroussine institution is known throughout Hexagone and even beyond. This cosmopolitan place where road, VRP, tourists and Berrichons are located is open all year round 7 days on 7 and 24 hours out of 24. It is an address where you can come to any time to eat a seafood platter. The brasserie area is extremely lively. You can choose between a varied menu and a menu from noon to less than 15 euros with the choice of a multitude of entries, dishes, desserts or cheeses. In the restaurant, the frame is a tribute to the cinema with its beautiful black & white photos and the plate reveals the chef's master's talents. To the map, of course seafood platters, but also foie gras, generous charcuterie, snails, stuffed mussels, dorade or fresh pink salmon, rostrums to the berrich and other quality meat - heavenly liver, interlaced… All home-made desserts subliaise seasonal fruits and winter flavors: fruit pie, Charlotte with pears, rum baba and chocolate crumb. The card changes twice a year. In addition, the Escale Village makes the most of regional products. The wine list offers a wine from each region. Note the numerous banquet and seminar rooms and the proximity to the MACH 36 theater.
