BELL TOWER OF NOTRE-DAME ABBEY
Unique 42 m high bell tower of Déols, with an exceptional view, belonging to the sister abbey of Cluny absolutely to visit.
This 42-metre-high bell tower is the only remnant of one of Cluny's sister abbeys. Built in the 12th century, it offers an exceptional view from its summit. We recommend continuing your visit to the nearby Ecoparc to admire this monument from another angle. While the ruins of the abbey are permanently visible, the bell tower is only accessible during the opening hours of the lapidary museum, whose visit complements that of the abbey. A pretty medieval garden has been laid out at the foot of the building.
