ECOPARK DES CHENEVIERES
Ecopark with a scent garden for the visually impaired, home to animals including bird species and Scottish sheep
Located at the confluence of the Indre river and the Ringoire stream, the ecopark extends over 22 hectares of wet meadows along the banks of the Indre. Developed since 1990, the park is a showcase for biodiversity. It is home to numerous species of birds, Camargue horses and Scottish sheep. There's also a garden of medicinal plants from the Berry region and a scent garden for the visually impaired, featuring some sixty plant varieties. Classified as a sensitive natural area, it also includes a 4 km walking trail.
