LAC D'EGUZON
This artificial lake was created following the construction, between 1924 and 1926, of the Eguzon hydroelectric dam. Lovers of monumental architecture will be able to visit this impressive building of 300 m long in crest and thick 54 m ! Nothing in this natural and charming décor suggests that it is the fruit of the work of man's hand. The lake of Eguzon resembles a small seaside resort that will seduce the most demanding children ! A multitude of activities (water skiing, fishing, sailing club…) are made available to bathers of all ages along the five monitored and managed beaches. The most important is Chambon, the others are generally less busy and will love families looking for more savage places.
