HOLLOW VALLEY MUSEUM
Museum reconstructing the life of the inhabitants from the end of the 18th century to the middle of the last century.
This museum is located in the old stables of Eguzon Castle near the city hall. It reconstituted the lives of the inhabitants of the late eighteenth century until the middle of the last century. Places have been specially recreated for the museum: a classroom, the village square, artisan workshops, the common room. A walk in the history of the Creuse Valley with its masons, peasants and bourgeois. Workshops (bread, wooden toys, medieval dance, etc.) are organized for children every Thursday and August. Beautiful temporary exhibitions are presented in the summer.
