Les 3 Rois is a tastefully modernized 19th-century establishment. Legend has it that Philippe-Auguste, Richard Cœur-de-Lion and Frédéric Barberousse all had lunch here in their time, which goes to show just how steeped in history this establishment is.
Although a lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, the restaurant is still a "traditional and generous" establishment. At the helm, chef Antoine Thibault offers traditional, high-quality French cuisine based on fresh produce.
