Auberge Saint-Roch offers refined cuisine: frying ducks with a reduction in wine and a cassis sauce or fish with crustacean cream. In dessert, duo of tartlets, revisited thousand sheets, sabayon of marsala… The Evasion menu offers African cuisine: bluefin fish, paleron sauce gombo, cute filet colombo… The presentations are beautiful and the flavors well highlighted. Fresh products are cooked home. In addition, the restaurant offers kitchen workshops.
