BRASSERIE RESTAURANT FREDY
For more than forty years (since 1971) Fredy has installed this restaurant in the country of George Sand. Over the last few years, it's his daughter and his stepson who are standing up, but they're ensuring that Fredy's spirit and recipes are respected. In addition to traditional dishes, the brasserie offers traditional Alsatian cuisine (sauce, howling, cherry, knacks). A wide choice of beers is proposed: Belgian, Alsatian, North… You can also drink chinon or Alsace wine by the glass. In the afternoon, the brasserie offers crepes and ice cream. In a slightly dark decor (large beams where a collection of beer chops is suspended), you will enjoy a very warm welcome. A good address without fuss. You can eat a large hot goat salad, a head-mate or opt for grilled meat or lasagna.

Plats authentique garantis. Prix raisonnable. Merci encore. François
