This is a woman who cooks. Nicole Proust, Master Restaurateur, regals his little world for a few years and never gets tired of tasting his delicious dishes. On the menu, traditional cuisine revisited with a beautiful proposal of local products such as poached eggs to wine, so called "donkey balls", the head of the veiled veal sauce, a goat cheese of goat cheese, the black chicken of Berry stuffed and cooked in blankets… Products are often local: cheese from Poumolé farm or Goyard, black chicken from Lasne, organic eggs from the Renault farm… Futé appreciated the trout at the grass with his spinach, ginger and green curry, a very fine flavor. The service is very professional, efficient and considerate, to the height of the elegant decor and the refined cuisine.

Du bonheur a l'état pur avec ses produits du terroir en commençant par ces couilles d'ânes et continuant par sa délicieuse tête de veau, entrez, si vous voulez émoustiller vos papilles, dans les desserts le choix est là également.

Between Auvergne and Normandy is my favourite stop. You can eat very well and very good, especially in local cuisine made with fine regional produce. The roasted pear with red wine and cassis is worth the trip! Caution: check your bill, twice the total was erroneous, certainly an involuntary miscalculation, but twice on three tours!
