LES SALONS DU LYS
Chabenet Castle, which belongs to the Hapimag network, has opened a gourmet restaurant in its lounges. The frame is sumptuous, a xve century castle, renovated several times. It is furnished with antique furniture but with modern comfort. On the wine list you will find champagne or cognac to extend an exceptional evening. The dishes are fine. On the map, quality regional products are honored, such as the foie gras of the Plume-Cane farm, the black hen of the Berry, the smoke carp of Brenne or the snails of Jacquin livestock. In dessert, you can choose for example a Grand Marnier soufflé or a bread brioche lost to childhood flavors. Berry evenings are organized around the fireplace and the chef also invites you to cooking classes.
