AUBERGE DES RABOUILLEUX
This bar-restaurant-hotel offers a wide space in a friendly atmosphere. In winter, a fireplace brightens the room and summer air conditioning always makes it pleasant. The décor is unpretentious, but the kitchen honors local products and traditional recipes: Lentil salad, snails, donkey balls (cooked in wine sauce), hot goat, trout terrine, calf head, wine coq… The landslide, which gave its name to the hostel, being a crayfish fisherman, is used here in the air. The map offers a good choice of meat and fish. A catering service is also offered.
