L'HERBIER GOURMAND
It was in October 2014 that Jérôme Laforêt took stewardship of Levroux's restaurant. Previously he had an establishment of the same name at Moulins-sur-Céphons. This young chef carries out contemporary and inventive cuisine based on fresh products. He marries unexpected flavors: spinach and artichoke with pink grapefruit emulsion, broken pea cream and red fruit juice. You will discover, on its winter card, diabolical gras gras, ris cigarettes, du cappuccino, square of miel-lacquered piglet, toblerones foam and tagada crystal tile, a white chocolate dome and creamy passion. The dishes are original, well presented and very fine. A nice address.
