The restaurant got a Michelin star. The menus are completely renewed twice a season. In the heart of the small village, a mundane house that transports us, as soon as you enter, into another world with its contemporary decor with feng-shui: Sober and exotic furniture, sofas and comfortable seats, rotating tables, dishes and refined service pieces and genuine lithographs of Peynet! You can start with the homemade cocktail, a sparkling rash of the yuzu - a Japanese agrume recalling grapefruit. Then, the traditional French cuisine presented at the base surprises with its inventiveness in the matter of aromas and delicate presentation. These imaginative and respectful preparations for local products are revisited by Jun Kanaya. The service - in French and Japanese - is prevented without being ostentatious, the wine list offers all the beautiful wines of our vineyards, in addition to the inevitable Saint-amour. An address with extreme refinement, where it is nice to celebrate Valentine's Day in love!
