At the Relais du Factor is a day of celebration every day? This restaurant, which has been open since summer 2012, is happy for the inhabitants of Sainte-Severe as tourists who come to the universe of Jacques Tati. Inside, the frame is warm and simple. Fireplace, wooden beams, Maltese wardrobe, English dishes, covered in silver with a modern lighting, in a building of the fifteenth century handed down to the standards. The chef produces small traditional dishes that pay homage to local products (crispy goat) as well as other more creative dishes with excellent mastery of sauces and cook. The black chicken of Berry's white wine is served with crossovers, morilles, a purée of sweet potatoes and a frying liver. It's a delight! For children, a game and library area is planned. The "bistrot" atmosphere allows everyone to feel comfortable and the service is done in good mood. In addition, rates remain very reasonable.
