THE ISLANDS OF THE FOUZON

The islands of the Fouzon have been classified as "Espaces naturels sensibles" (sensitive natural areas) and are a veritable hotbed of animal and plant diversity. If you're lucky, you may come across rare species such as the Common Meadowlark or the Marsh Copper.
You'll find a very bucolic setting. These are marsh meadows with typical vegetation. A footpath takes you along the water's edge. It's a very peaceful spot in the heart of nature, ideal for daydreaming or a good read in the shade.
