The green lentil of Berry is part of the Berrichon heritage, and it has been restored to honor thanks to the dynamism of an association that really wanted to live this herbaceous. This is done because this little vegetable, filled with proteins, trace elements, vitamins and fibers obtained the Red Label at the Fair of Agriculture in Paris in 1996. So the little green seed was worth a party! For more than 20 years, she has been honored in Vatan.
