This friendly burger bar with terrace is the place to go for good homemade burgers and local beer.

New in Amboise since April 2024! A quality "cooked" burger bar offered by Arnaud and Mélanie, well known to locals (managers of L'Écluse), ideally located away from Amboise's royal castle and the tourist crowds in season. "Hidden"... yes, but what a delight to find this place! A nugget for tasty homemade burgers accompanied by a glass of Touraine Amboise or a local beer. A friendly, efficient welcome in the dining room or on the lovely, quiet terrace. We love the non-stop service and the quality musical program!

These are burger shaped sandwiches. We had the duck one: lovingly crafted and balanced flavors, served in a mouth watering sauce with a puff pastry bun. I want to come back for the lamb burger.

Eine kleine aber sehr feine Speisekarte!
Diese Burger sind geschmacklich und optisch unglaublich gut abgestimmt. Das "Croissants"-Brötchen mit einem Enten-Pattie, Ziegenkäse und den Saucen sorgten für ein Genuss, den ich selten hatte und noch länger nachwirkte.
Die Desserts gehen in eine ähnliche exotische Richtung und müssen probiert werden.
Das Ambiente ist abgestimmt und passend. Der Hammer war die One-Man-Show von Bedienung und Küche.

Genießt die Auszeit im Hinterhof am Stadtfluss und besucht dieses Restaurant, ihr werdet es garantiert nicht bereuen ????

Vaut clairement le détour pour des hamburgers venus d'ailleurs. Hamburger à l'épaule d'agneau, hamburger au confit de canard. On s'est régalé. Bières locales ou vins du coin. Et tout cela à. Des tarifs finalement raisonnable vu les saveurs
