Taken over in April 2017, The Forks is a really nice establishment, focused on organic, nature and fresh produce. The choice of dishes is quick because, and this is a good thing, the restaurant offers three starters, three main courses and three desserts. And as the three choices are always excellent.... On the program, we fell in love with the vegetable soup in scallops, then chocolate mellowness. The plates are colourful and very well presented. As an accompaniment, of course, a wide range of wines from the Loire Valley. As a bonus, the room is pleasant, with its small round and square tables, beams, stones, mirrors, and a beautiful fireplace. And if you want a good excuse to come back: during the holidays, the establishment has made itself a new beauty, so don't hesitate to come and take a look!

Je voyageais avec des amis dans la vallée de la Loire et ce restaurant nous a surpris pour le mieux. Très bon service, carte pas très étendue mais suffisante et avec des plats bien cuisinés, format tapa à partager. Attentif aux clients et accueillant (même si nous avons répété le plat de boulettes de viande jusqu'à 3 fois). Je le recommande.

Cadre très sympa. Il y a des bons vins à la carte et les tapas sont bien réalisés , cela manque parfois un peu de saveur mais cela vaut le détour si on aime les plats à partager. Je recommande vivement de réserver car il y a peu de table.

Merveilleuse soirée dans un établissement surprenant et délicieux dans une ambiance qu’on aimerai retrouver partout. Un superbe accueil, de super conseils et des jeux de sociétés à partager autour d’un bon vin.
