This beautiful restaurant facing the Loire River is nestled at the foot of the Amboise castle. Run by the Master Restaurateur Stéphane Deletang since 2005, this restaurant offers gastronomic cuisine at affordable prices. The dishes are prepared with only fresh and local products. In the plate, the cooking is fine, elegant. All the dishes are home-made, the flavours are delicate. A beautiful wine list accompanies all these dishes, as well as a beautiful cheese board. A friendly, chic atmosphere in an elegant, contemporary setting.

Very good menu €19.50 with starter, main course, dessert! A passionate chef, combining tastes and flavours for refined cuisine and elegant. A different atmospheres, traditional and contemporary accomplished. Excellent value for money and with good timing more! To taste and " Re-guster " still and still on Amboise!!!!

Good dishes accompanied by wines to the top of the average
Be careful not to choose the snail fricassée if you have an aperitif. You will eat the same again that served equally snack it.
Not for payment with cheques lunch.
