Since June 2021, Wendy (front of house) and Sébastien (cooks) have been running their restaurant in this building, which was once a school. A refined cuisine, for which the chef carefully selects local and often organic produce. Menus offer a gourmet break, exploring the whole palette of l'Épine, while lunchtime is perfect for a value-for-money gastronomic break. Whether in the dining room or on the terrace, you'll be delighted by the chef's cuisine, which blends old stone with contemporary decor. We love the charming welcome!

Un repas de cinq plats sans changement possible.
Les portions sont plus que minimalistes par rapports à d'autres restaurants gastronomique de la région.
La viande, cœur de bœuf, immangeable car très dure.
Quant au dessert, nous n'avons pas aimé.
Pour information les personnes des tables voisines ont eu le même sentiment que nous nous sur le repas.
150 euros de repas sans les vins pour deux personnes avec ce sentiment de faim en sortant de table nous a motivé à ne plus jamais remettre les pieds dans cet établissement.
