This fine address, awarded a Michelin star in 2021, is as refined as its dishes, with menus and wine pairings from three to nine courses. The produce is fresh, much of it local, and the menu changes almost daily. The culinary proposals, enhanced by a fine wine list, marvelously combine tastes and textures, and are carried off with panache and good humor. The inn also offers a catering service, and guests can stay in one of the beautiful, colorful rooms.

Une expérience culinaire impressionnante. Un grand travail de preparation de chaque plat et une harmonie des goûts, qui n'arrivent pas tous en même temps, bravo aux cuisiniers ! Le service était très agréable et les vins bien accordés- une découverte de certains -. Ma compagne a été "émue" en dégustant le dessert.
