Since its inauguration in 2015, La Réserve has been delighting the taste buds of the people of Véron and beyond. Both a wine cellar and a delicatessen, this Reserve puts the terroir on display. It is a refined establishment with vast and beautiful premises in shades of red, with the warmth of solid wood furniture. Several dozens of winegrowers and brewers, regional or not, are presented and defended there, with regular animations and the visit of winegrowers coming to speak about their vintages. In addition, there are spreads and local flavors on the shelves.
