Cadre très froid. Maître d'hôtel hautain et fatigué. Cuisine prétentieuse se voulant moderne mais sans aucune créativité. Associations de goûts peu réussies. Carte des vins hors des prix. Désolé d'être négatif mais dans ce cas cela s'impose.

Si l’ensemble est correct, pour un même plat, les portions sont différentes. Et le tataki de truite, n’est pas un tataki puisque les « petits » morceaux de truite étaient cuits. Quant au plat principal sous cloche ne me semble pas nécessaire d’autant qu’un des convives a du l’enlever lui-même.

Tres bon restaurant. Cuisine raffinée et service efficace par un jeune serveur très sympathique. Dommage toutefois qu il n'y est qu un menu unique . De ce fait choix limité, le mieux est de se renseigner avant de venir pour connaître la composition du menu.
