Fresh products, prepared with the greatest care, come from the Touraine region and the local market. Fresh goat's cheese mousse, Loire pikeperch, beef and poultry ballotine are accompanied by delicately prepared dishes with original combinations. In summer, enjoy the terrace to eat and savour the cuisine of chef Gérard Parisis while taking in the view of the Saint-Martin collegiate church.

Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés ! Les serveurs adorables et un petit mot du cuisinier pendant le diner… très accueillant, cuisine excellente et belle ambiance

Enfin des saveurs. ! M et nus très agréables avec du goût. Les quantités pourraient être un petit peu augmentées. Cadre assez atypique : ancienne maison sur le parvis de la collégiale.

Magnifique endroit. Dans le top 3 de mon classement personnel !... Super accueil, avec un patron "aux petits soins" pour nous. Il nous a, entre autres, fait découvrir quelques excellents vins de la région. Quant à la cuisine, c'est absolument délicieux. Et tout cela, au pied de la collégiale. Nous avons passé un moment dont nous nous souviendrons et nous reviendrons, cela va de soi.
