Fresh goat's cheese mousse, Loire pikeperch, beef and poultry ballotine are accompanied by delicately prepared dishes with original combinations. In summer, enjoy the terrace to eat and savour the cuisine of chef Gérard Parisis while taking in the view of the Saint-Martin collegiate church.
