Cuisine très fine, qui convient (à mon avis) aux locavores. Un vrai Chef exerce en coulisse. Par contre, passez votre chemin concernant le menu dégustation, c'est 7 ''plats'' : volume moyen, une cuillère à soupe. Seuls les tout petits appétits y trouvent leurs comptes

Séjour très agréable, l'accueil était au top, personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute. Chambres très confortables et cosy. Les mets servis à table étaient très raffinés et pleins de saveurs. Je recommande vivement cet établissement situé idéalement pour découvrir la région.
