The association was created in 2006 to develop and promote saffron production in Touraine. Known since the Middle Ages, this spice has been reintroduced to the region, and now includes a number of producers committed to artisanal methods. You can discover their work at farmers' markets, local events and at their production sites. For cooking enthusiasts, a booklet of original recipes is available for sale.
