A beautiful bistronomic, locavore and gourmet address, with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the royal fortress of Chinon.

Opposite the fortress and the vineyards, on the terrace or behind the large windows, you can enjoy the exceptional setting that surrounds this new bistronomic address. A name that is not usurped: here, everything is local and in season. Products and their origins that chef Jonathan Brisseau will tell you about with passion. Once the presentations are made, it's time for the tasting: slow and controlled cooking and melting and perfectly seasoned vegetables. The desserts are delicious and not too sweet. We ask for more!

Tout est en circuit court et frais, les plats sont imaginatifs, merveilleusement présentés et délicieux. Aussi beaux que bons de l'entrée au dessert ! Avec des conseils éclairés pour les vins. Et c'est ouvert le dimanche !!!! On y retourne dès que possible ! Bravo !
