L'Ardoise is a good address for epicureans: bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, high-quality produce. We're never disappointed by the menu, which is designed to suit all tastes. The dishes are original, mouth-watering and reasonably priced. Pollock carpaccio, smoked salmon waffle, sweetbreads, salt-crusted duck breast. The plates are copious and prepared almost in front of us. No fewer than 300 wine references. For whisky lovers, a fine range is carefully selected by the manager.

Excellent restaurant. Les plats sont très originaux ( oeuf cocotte au foie gras. Mille feuilles de bœuf !! ), très savoureux, la présentation est épatante. Je n'avais jamais mangé ce style de plats ailleurs.
