New gourmet restaurant in Chinon since March 2024! Chef Nicolas Gaulandeau, well known to Chinon locals, offers gastronomic cuisine based on local produce, with an elegant focus on the product itself. Nicolas' motto is "gatherer, fisherman, hunter". A short, high-quality menu featuring local producers (most of them organic) and a fine list of wines from the Loire Valley and the rest of France. Service is pleasant and efficient. Nice terrace on the square in fine weather. Worth a visit!

Cadre agréable, accueil très sympathique, carte variée et appétissante. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien. Bref parfait!!!!
