A little corner of paradise in the heart of the beautiful city of Chinon. This place is full of charm, with its antique materials and refined decor. This beautiful building, with its exposed stonework and beams, is perfect for lovers of the old world. You'll feel as if you're in a cocoon in the six rooms on offer. All are clean and spacious enough to make you feel at home, with TV and wifi. We also like the large living room for relaxing, and the inner courtyard. Maurice will be happy to show you around the region and the city's secrets.

Cet endroit est magnifiquement chaleureux, Maurice est une personne attentionnée et bienveillante, son établissement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et nous nous y sentons toujours très bien...
Nous y venons le plus souvent possible..
Le petit petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire

Nous ne pouvons que faire l'éloge de Maurice et de sa charmante maison. Charmant, accueillant, plein d'humour, généreux et serviable, Maurice est l'hôte idéal. Nous voyageons beaucoup, ici, nous rentrions en voiture en Angleterre après le mariage de notre fille en Provence, nous n'avions donc prévu qu'un séjour d'une nuit et un rapide coup d'œil. Mais nous avons tellement aimé Au Relais Saint Maurice et Chinon que nous prévoyons d'y retourner pour passer plus de temps à nous imprégner de l'histoire et de l'ambiance de ce joyau médiéval et pour prendre quelques heures pour explorer la forteresse. Nous devons absolument séjourner à nouveau chez Maurice, ne serait-ce que pour goûter encore à l'incroyable et délicieux petit-déjeuner qu'il nous propose, et pour nous délecter du confort et du romantisme de ses chambres [la nôtre avait la salle de bain la mieux conçue que j'ai utilisée depuis longtemps, mieux que la plupart des hôtels].
