This organically managed vineyard is located on the birthplace of Rabelais. With a natural clarification of the wine and vintages aged in barrels and not filtered, the red, white, rosé and sparkling wines are an exact reflection of the terroir. The cellars where the wines are stored provided tufa stone that was used in the construction of great monuments in the region. The visit is accompanied by explanatory panels, in order to better understand the history of the site and the domain. Possible tasting of all the vintages.
