Inn offering a traditional cuisine displayed on a menu that evolves with the seasons.

In the heart of the pretty village of Chisseaux, in an old café, this hostel offers traditional cuisine, revisited with the taste of the day. Happiness here is a menu that changes with the seasons, with fresh products in beautiful plates. Special mention to the chef's three specialities: the farmhouse poultry minestrone, the kidneys and sweetbreads and the caramel soufflé with fleur de sel. His dish is served with a good local wine. In the summer, we don't hesitate to have lunch in the small garden near the Cher. Gastronomic and soothing!

Originalité et belles présentation des assiettes, les portions de desserts sont trop petites , mais accueil très décevant, maître d'hôtel désagréable gâchant le plaisir gustatif.

Menus prometteur. Assiettes raffinées et d'ailleurs peut être un peu plus belles que savoureuses.
En tous cas ,un vrai effort d'originalité..
Les portions de dessert ont malheureusement été un peu chiches.
Service attentionné. Joli décor.
Il y a une marge d'amélioration, mais à conseiller cependant.
