Locavore restaurant where local producers and plants have a special place in Cormery.

Near the abbey, the former Auberge du Mail has been transformed into a restaurant that puts the spotlight on plants. With a short menu, Laurène and Stéphane offer refined, inventive cuisine inspired by dishes from around the world. Meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared with local produce, and aromatic plants are grown in the restaurant's own garden. The dining room is sober and elegant, and you'll appreciate the beautiful fireplace. In summer, enjoy the terrace in the shade of the wisteria. Cooking classes are available.

Nous avions réservé pour le réveillon du 31 décembre. Menu unique en 7 temps. Des plats visiblement élaborés à la lecture de celui ci. Une magnifique surprise avec des ingrédients inconnus ou cuisinés différemment de l’ordinaire. Un voyage culinaire magnifique et délicieux que nous recommandons vivement aux gourmets et aux gourmands. Pour notre part, cette première visite ne sera assurément pas la dernière !
