Locavore restaurant where local producers and plants have a special place in Cormery.

Near the abbey, the former Auberge du Mail has been transformed into a restaurant that puts the spotlight on plants. With a short menu, Laurène and Stéphane offer refined, inventive cuisine inspired by dishes from around the world. Meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared with local produce, and aromatic plants are grown in the restaurant's own garden. The dining room is sober and elegant, and you'll appreciate the beautiful fireplace. In summer, enjoy the terrace in the shade of the wisteria. Cooking classes are available.

Par rapport à il y a un an, ça devient plus difficile de réserver une table sans s'y prendre au moins une semaine à l'avance. Dur pour les indécis. Sinon, rien d'autre à reprocher, c'est d'ailleurs pour cela qu'on y retourne.

Merci pour votre message Monsieur Bigot ! D'une maniere générale il est préférable, en effet, de réserver quelques jours auparavant pour les we mais cela dépend des périodes. Aux beaux jours la terrasse nous permettra d'accueillir plus de monde !
