Locavore restaurant where local producers and plants have a special place in Cormery.

Near the abbey, the former Auberge du Mail has been transformed into a restaurant that puts the spotlight on plants. With a short menu, Laurène and Stéphane offer refined, inventive cuisine inspired by dishes from around the world. Meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared with local produce, and aromatic plants are grown in the restaurant's own garden. The dining room is sober and elegant, and you'll appreciate the beautiful fireplace. In summer, enjoy the terrace in the shade of the wisteria. Cooking classes are available.

Accueil chaleureux, ambiance décontractée et intimiste. Le personnel est agréable et souriant et vient expliquer les plats. La cuisine : un mélange de saveur, surprenant et délicieux. Aucune fausse note même pour les plats végétariens. Je recommande ce restaurant. J'attends avec impatience de pouvoir y retourner cet été pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse . Rapport qualité prix excellent.
